Where did that come from?

 49th day sober. Last night I sorted and re-arranged some stuff, listed 16 things on Ebay, put some junk out for the bums to pick up, etc.  Then I made, I think, a really good pork curry and ate that and watched a bit of YouTube and was looking forward to the night's practice. 

But I developed this headache that eventually almost immobilized me. Forget about practice, I could barely reply to an email Ken sent me and could barely pay attention to anything online and went to bed at about 5AM. 

I woke up at 5PM after a long intermittent sleep, with the headache nearly all gone but I'm still cautious. 

I did very little today, just fixed up some guacamole for breakfast and part of dinner, took a bunch of stuff apart so I've got 20 things to list on Ebay. Not a lot of exertion involved.
