A small break in the rain

Last night I listed 15 things on Ebay, and did more digging and re-arranging in the warhouse area resulting in two large tubs of stuff left out for the bums and a lot more things for me to list.

I also got out some blue and yellow tape and a box and made "the Ukraine box" and found a lot of stuff to put into there ... the idea is to have stuff ready to go to stuff into a Priority Mail flat-rate box and send off when I'm heading to the post office and have room for it in the load, and feel like spending the $20 or so to send it off.

Late at night, I heard a funny sound outside and looked, and a bum had decided to take both tubs of junk, and at the same time. Some hilarious scenes ensued, as carrying both of them resulted in both of them being dumped out. Zombie antics ... eventually dragging 'em along the wet and thus rather slippery pavement worked and bum and tubs disappeared around the corner of the building.

I woke up at 3:30 (no headache) and noticed it wasn't raining and had been dry for a little while. I looked at the radar map and it looked like there was a bit of a break, enough so that I could take the few small packages I'd packed a day or two ago to the post office, throw out trash, buy some groceries, etc.

So I did this, and got back here just as it was starting to rain again.

I got back and had some arare and tea and got to work moving some things back into the warehouse area now that I had a somewhat logical place to put them, and got busy sorting out 20 things to list. Then I cooked and had some delicious lobster claw ramen thanks to a $6 package of lobster claws I'd gotten at H Mart.

Resting from my delicious dinner, I realized that tonight what really needs doing is packing and shipping, and the 20 things can be listed tomorrow night, when packing and shipping won't be a concern.

Heavy, man.

Last night I got the Connstellation cornet out and put the screw for the 1st valve trigger back on, and installed new water key corks too. ...
