But it's actually what I consider late Wednesday. Ho, hum, I packed stuff except for one big thing, last night and today, got up at 3, fixed up some coffee and rode the bike up to the front of the complex and bought a sausage and egg sandwich for $2 from the lunch truck and ate that and had coffee and vitamins etc., and packed the last, large, thing and was out of here a bit before 6 to do my post office and FedEx run.
That was uneventful, except that the FedEx has moved to a smaller space that looks like they sort of divided the space they had in two, and are now in the half that's at the end. At least they're still here!
I picked up some packing stuff and a few tomatoes and got back here, and took a bunch of cardboard pieces off of the floor here and some other stuff I wanted to get rid of and took it over by the bridge and dumped it. I visited the veggie dumpster on 10th but it wasn't there so I don't know what's up with that.
I got back here and had the place all "buttoned up" before it was dark, as is standard procedure these days. Ken called and he's not coming by tonight, but tomorrow (Thursday) instead.
This makes for a somewhat mixed-up schedule. I have to put my pay check into the ATM on Friday or wait into next week, because it fills up with checks and stuff if I wait until Friday and won't accept it. But I want to go downtown tomorrow and go to Wal-Mart for zipper bags and Big-5 to see if there's any ammo I can buy.
