Jugs of rice

Up at 3. I packed a bunch of things I'd staged the night before, made my post office run, found some packing materials but no vegetables, had scrambled eggs with scrounged red pepper and the last of the ground beef I'd bought at Nijiya - tasteless stuff but good enough with lots of hot sauce.

I did a practice, the final straw being that I'd dreamed about playing my trumpet but needing a clarinet reed to play it for some reason, and the one I had was a soggy #1 and some musician I was with was a badass and only had #5's to share which you have to be really advanced to play. It was very frustrating.

I also listed tons and tons of culture tube caps and foam plugs I'd sorted over the weekend. Hundreds and hundreds of the things.

Another thing I got done was put the rice I had into the lab-grade gallon jugs I'd saved up. Sanmina throws them out, and they originally held 99.9% isopropyl alcohol so I know they're good. I sprinkled boric acid in too, so the rice should keep long-term. My three bags of rice translated to 7 gallon jugs of it.
