I didn't practice last night because I felt something was "off". I watched some thing about the stupid egoists who insist on climbing Mt. Everest and all the grief that entails, then went to bed after having drunk a fair amount of sake.
I woke up around 11AM in a fair amount of pain. Not at the stomach level I thought, but in my intestines. I wasn't sure it would help, but I took some Pepto-Bismol, washed down with sake, and read the rest of the Gordon Ramsey book. I eventually felt better and propelled by more sake, went to bed again.
I woke up around 6PM.
